How should I care for my Eberjey TENCEL™ Modal pieces?
To keep your garments soft and durable, we recommend hand washing in cold water or using a delicate machine cycle in a mesh bag. Lay flat to dry and avoid the dryer to prevent shrinkage.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method.
